Terms of Service

By accessing or using CineLog at https://cinelog.fyi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use CineLog.

CineLog is a personal movie and TV tracking application. It helps you organize watchlists, log viewing status, rate titles, and build collections using metadata from third-party sources.

CineLog does not provide streaming, downloads, or access to copyrighted content. Any streaming links or external app integrations are provided for convenience only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

If you forget your password, you may request a reset link from the login page. Reset links are sent to your registered email, expire after a limited time, and may only be used once. Do not share reset links with others.

You are responsible for securing access to your email account, since password reset links are delivered there.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your data from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping or overloading our systems, interfering with other users, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

You may not use automated means to create accounts or manipulate the service in ways that degrade performance for others.

Movie and TV metadata, images, and streaming availability are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and, for availability data, JustWatch via TMDB. This product uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party metadata or availability information.

The app may link to external services such as Stremio, IMDB, or YouTube. Stremio is a third-party application not affiliated with CineLog. CineLog does not control and is not responsible for content, addons, or streams accessed through external apps or websites.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

CineLog's branding, layout, and original software are owned by us. Third-party trademarks, logos, and content (including TMDB, JustWatch, and streaming provider logos) belong to their respective owners.

You retain ownership of the personal library data you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the service for you.

CineLog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, CineLog and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service or third-party links.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero for the free service).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
